Larabar's Cashew Cookie Bar is made with 2 simple ingredients: cashews and dates. This treat has 20% of the recommended daily value of magnesium and uses non-GMO project verified ingredients. Our orthodox union kosher certified cashew cookie bar is vegan friendly and free of dairy, soy, cholesterol and it's a good source of fiber. There's no added sugar and our bars are gluten-free. Included is one 1.7 oz. cashew cookie bar.
